The definition of a blog disclaimer is that it is a legal statement to limit your liability and advise others that you can’t be held liable for the information that is on your blog. That in itself sounds scary, even to me.
But it is important as a blogger to err on the side of caution to make sure that everyone reading this blog is aware of what I’m about so please read my disclaimer.
My blog is a place for me to discuss and review my love of books. Everyones view point is welcome on my blog. All opinions written with books are my own and do not reflect the opinions of any organisations (i.e. publishers, work places or any company).
I’m a hobby blogger and this is done for my own enjoyment. I do receive, read and review Advanced Reader Copies (ARCs) at times – but most books I read are purchased from my own own money and the reviews I give are my own. When I do receive advanced copies I will make sure I include in my post that these are advanced reader copies and I have not purchased them myself.
I will always try to ensure that the information I have included on my blog is true and correct. However we do make mistakes at times and I am more than happy to correct these mistakes if they are found – please leave me a comment or contact me via the contact page if you have found that I have made a mistake so I can correct this.

I am not a professional blogger, reviewer, publisher or editor – my opinions are just that – my opinions. I can be wrong, misguided etc. I am just a woman who loves books and to read and I want to be able to share that with you all.

Gifs/Images Used
GIFs used on my blog have been sourced from sites such as Tumblr and other related sites such as GIPHY. These will be credited where applicable. I do occasionally make my own GIFs which I am happy for people to use credit free!
Some of the images used will be from my own collection (photographs taken by myself). I do not wish for anyone to use my images without seeking permission from me first.
I always endeavour to make sure the images and elements used on this blog have permission from the artist/photographer for non-commercial purposes. My site is not monetized and offers no affiliate links – I’m a hobby blogger only. If an image has slipped through the cracks and you would like me to remove it from my blog, I would be happy to do so. Just contact me and I will arrange for its removal.

I will always give my honest opinions/thoughts on every review on this site and other related social media (facebook, instagram, goodreads and so on). I do not charge for these reviews nor do I receive any discounts, gifts, or any other type of compensation in exchange for reviewing these titles. I will always cite the source as ARC when I receive a review copy.
I review books in my own time and do not receive any monetary remuneration for doing this. The majority of books I read and review on this blog come from my own personal collection or occasionally from my local library.
